EVOO & Flavored Oils

We offer an array of specialty products including an extra virgin olive oil from the rare Lucca variety as well as an assortment of flavored oils.  We also produce a 25 year aged balsamic vinegar and other flavored balsamic vinegars.  We invite you to taste them and experience the freshness and unique flavors that will take you on a wonderful tasting and cooking journey!

2014 Marianello 100% Lucca Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 375ml
Grown in our Lucca olive orchard rignt here in the Santa Ynez Valley, this 100% extra-virgin olive oil is intended as a finishing oil to enhance, not overpower food.

This unusual variety is ideally suited for the Central Coast climate. In addition to its big peppery flavor, Lucca thrives in the temperate climate of the Santa Ynez Valley and produces an abundant harvest.

The olives are milled at Figueroa Farms here in the Santa Ynez Valley, where they are ground to a paste, then malaxed (the industry's term for "mixed") to enable the smaller olive globules to meld into larger ones. The paste is then put into a centrifuge to separate the oil from the solids before being filtered and rested in barrels to settle and clear.

We are offering four of our favorite flavors: Lemon, Basil, Garlic and Jalapeño. Each will add a distinctive finishing touch to a dish, or make a delicious impression all on its own.

For our flavored oils, the Arbequina olive is used as a foundation for the flavors. This olive has a sweet zest that enhances the aroma and taste of these flavored olive oils. At a time of low yields we source oils from known quality producers. These infused oils are produced by a small family operation here in California, as devoted to olive oil as we are.
